A very familiar in this neck of the woods. Makes a good catch.

  2. RuneE Says:

One way to keep the Rolling Stones in place – very nice effect.

Sing with Rune here…, I can`t get no satisfaction… so therefor Ihave to use my energi on something else…

It’s amazing how one could walk right past this scene and not notice it’s photographic possibilities! Great capture…

  5. snapshutter Says:

I’m sure the rocks are planning an escape, even if by waiting for the iron to rust away.

  6. AnneKa Says:

    Great capture:)

  7. Miranda Says:

Looks like it tells a little story…maybe going to add cement..good in mono too-

  12. Hilda Says:

I’ve never seen a rock fence wrapped in chicken wire before. Makes a lot of sense. Lovely monochrome!

  13. Vogon Poet Says:

More a bastion than a fence. If good fences make good neighbors, these would be excellent!

  14. Margaret Gosden Says:

Nice balance of light and dark!

  15. Daryl Says:

    Clever shot

  16. Carletta Says:

I love the simplicity of this shot! Excellent monochome!

  17. Prospero Says:

And what have those rocks done to deserve prison time?

  18. bim Says:

Huhhh – I don’t really like these rock prisons…they’re used a lot here and I always feel quite compelled to cut the wire. They’re better in monochrome than life, that’s for sure.
