A caboose must be red. Period. The ruby car that brings up the rear of the train is a cute, functional office on wheels. i wonder if the yellow wheels is power or not? I’d hate to have to move that thing…

I had to look up my dictionary for caboose.
Is it the steering house of a boat?
    I don’t see water!
Anyway it’s old, nice and well kept.
The children seem to be having a perfect summer’s day.

Caboose is the last car of the train in the old days. Inside there are beds, table, closets – it is a shelter for the crew. I have no clue what the wheel is – my guess is – it is some sort of brake. In Britain they called the caboose a Brake Van.

I guess red is a common color for playgrounds 🙂
They bring life into the place filled with playful kids around 🙂

There’s a red caboose at a nearby park here but it’s fenced in and you can’t get on it. 😦
Lovely shots – a great ruby post!
