    It is some kind of metal – they make statues from it – We went to the NC Zoo in Asheboro yesterday – I have tons of live animals pictures I’ll be posting in the coming weeks. I just loved these baby monkey figurines – so cute! Just a bit creepy 🙂

    Very creative and a great ‘new’ look at the “Chimp Troupe” at the NC Zoo. They are bronze, and the very talented artist is Bart Walter – he is also the artist of the cougar on the rock, near the Cypress Swamp exhibit area entrance.
